How long will my order take?

We machine our products in runs so that we have our products ready to go in raw. However sometimes due to a rush of orders, we can run out. If your order is urgent, please contact our sales team and they will advise on ETA. For powdercoated items we generally allow 2 weeks. We do not gold plate products.

Do you install on bikes?

We do not install or build bikes anymore, however we have dealers in all states as well as USA, New Zealand and throughout Europe who we can happily recommend.

Can I become a dealer?

Do you do custom work?

Yes we do. We make one off product designs for clients that want something special. We also manufacture custom designed products for our clients, which are only available to them. This service is a longer process and depending on the workload, can take upwards of 6 weeks. Have a look at our special orders page or send us an email to discuss this process.

What is your return/refund policy?

We have a 14-day return policy on any of our products as long as they have not been used and/or damaged. The buyer must bear the cost to ship the product(s) back to McCully Customs.

If the product(s) has been found to have been used and/or damaged, the refund will not be processed and the buyer must bear the cost to have the product(s) shipped back to them.

We cannot issue cancellations, refunds and/or returns on custom work orders.

Do you ship international?

Yes we do. For any purchase outside of Australia, please contact us via email so we can give you an accurate shipping quotation and lead time.
