Product Stock Disclaimer

We do not carry stock of all of our products and each item/component is made to order. Please speak to our sales staff to quote you a lead time for your order, and we will work diligently to ensure your order is shipped on time. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing business, any quoted lead times are estimates and our team will do their best to keep you updated on any changes to delivery.

Product Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy on any of our products as long as they have not been used and/or damaged. As our products are all cut to order, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and the buyer must bear the cost to ship the product(s) back to McCully Customs.

If the product(s) has been found to have been used and/or damaged, the refund will not be processed and the buyer must bear the cost to have the product(s) shipped back to them.
